YOUR ITINERARY:

Day 1.  Depart from home to your hotel in Ipswich.
Day 2.  Excursions to the Essex borders, starting with a visit to the Beth Chatto Gardens.  The gardens have been transformed through ecological gardening.  Continue to Flatford, home of the 18th centuary mill made famous in Constable paintings, then on to Denham and a Cream Tea.
Day 3.  Tour to the beautiful villages along the Suffolk Coast, followed by a scenic tout through the Maltings.  Afternoon stop at Bury St Edmonds, a town which dates back to medieval times and its Benedictine monastery.  Time at leisure before a visit to the Abbey Gardens.
Day 4.  Morning free at Ipswich followed by an afternoon River Cruise on the River Orwell to Pin Mill taking in the majestic sights of Freston Tower and the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
Day 5.  Depart for home after breakfast.
