Day 1. Travel to Newbury for some free time before we arrive at your hotel.

Day 2. Travel to Winchester with its famous Cathedral, which is the final resting place of the literary queen, Jane Austen.

Day 3. Travel to Basingstoke Canal Visitor centre for a cruise along the canal. Enjoy watching the colourful canal boats, and wildlife. Continue to Basildon Park. The 18th century Palladian mansion is famous for a fine collection of paintings, textiles and furniture.

Day 4. Homeward journey with stop in Bath.
