You will spend four nights cruising on board the 3-star standard cruise ship, the Rhine Princess. Facilities include a lounge bar with small dance floor, resaurant on the middle deck and a small lounge with library. There is also an outside sundeck, ideal for viewing the passing scenery.
All cabins have twin beds, climate control, satellite T.V., radio, hairdryer, en-suite facilities and portholes.
YOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1. Depart early for your Dover and Calais crossing, continue to Koblenz by early evening to meet our cruise-ship Rhine-Princess, for a four-night cruise.
Day 2. We begin our cruise along the meandering Moselle, with its proccession of pretty wine villages hugging its banks. We later reach the picturesque town of Cochem, dominated by its hillside castle. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 3. A day of fabolous scenery as we cruise along the Moselle to Koblenz, where we rejoin the mighty Rhine. Continue through the Rhine Gorge, passing hill-top castle, picturesque villages and vine-clad slopes. We also see the legendary Loreley Rock, before arriving in the bustling Rhine town of Rudesheim. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 4. We begin our cruise downstream, passing Bacharach, Boppard, and Koblenz. Continue past Bonn and Konigswinter to later reach the Rhineland capital of Cologne and our final night on board ship. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 5. We travel to Calais then return home. Breakfast included.
